Sue Pritchard began
full-time professional real estate investing in 1991 after receiving a year of
investor education as well as hands-on experience and mentoring during several
initial transactions. Sue pursued and received a real estate license in her
third year of investing to provide her with additional expertise and property
access specifically for her real estate investment business.

Having participated in over 100 real estate transactions over that time, Sue gravitated to doing Lease Purchases to help move her properties, particularly those with difficult features to sell. But gradually she preferred to use Lease Purchases not just to dispose of property, but also to help those who could not get a mortgage by conventional means.
